Refund Policy

Our Policy

Because PYT Pricer reports are generated automatically from your uploaded checklist, we process your request immediately after payment.


Refunds Are Available If:

  • Your report was not delivered within 24 hours of payment
  • A technical error prevented report generation and we were unable to resolve it
  • The report contained a clear system error (wrong league data, missing teams, etc.)

    • Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Checklist files that are invalid, corrupted, or not Beckett-format XLSX
  • Dissatisfaction with pricing estimates or methodology
  • Change of mind after processing has begun

    • How to Request a Refund

    Contact us via your report confirmation email with your order details. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.


    Beta Consideration

    During the beta period, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and will generally be flexible for reasonable requests.
